Service Purpose & Scope

SafeDraft AI provides an automated, AI-driven productivity tool designed to assist professionals in data de-identification.

• Fully Automated: Our services are fully automated; no human-driven services or manual interventions are involved in the data processing.
• User Responsibility: Users are responsible for verifying the final output's compliance with local regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 14-day full refund guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.
• No-Questions-Asked: Our refund policy contains no qualifiers or exceptions. We will process your request promptly upon contact.
• Cancellations: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your user dashboard or by contacting support@safedraftai.com.

Acceptable Use

Users agree to use SafeDraft AI for legitimate purposes. Prohibited uses include processing illegal content, attempting to reverse-engineer our algorithms, or violating privacy laws.

Limitation of Liability

SafeDraft AI provides tools for data anonymization but does not guarantee 100% accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance where possible.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the business registration of SafeDraft AI.
